the location was absolutely wonderful, next to a museum and a cathedral. there were brand-new, spotless rooms with 2 bedrooms.

It's nicely appointed and small luxury hotel with professionally trained personnel at the reception desk. The location is best possible, 10 minutes' walk to a party palace. A museum and a cathedral are next to here.

I enjoyed efficient employees!

It was in a magnificent location with a Lutheran church nearby. My room included a safe box, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar.

The location was perfect, relatively close to a party palace. All of the staff members were highly skilled and fabulously helpful. The breakfast was large and marvellous with warm dishes served by the stuff, a view of the church, so much to pick from.

Breakfast was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

Small luxury place, it was overall clean and had efficient staff during check-out. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV were available in our executive queen room. The location was fab, for example, a renaissance terrace was within walking distance of the hotel...

The hotel had a very central location smack in the city centre. We enjoyed rooms with a view of the plaza wonderful. Great service offered in this venue.

The units are brand-new, huge with showers. The staff is professionally trained, outstandingly helpful. Plus, the location is perfect and absolutely wonderful, minutes from a reconstructed Protestant church.

This is a marvellous small and very private hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere was 1st class. We really enjoyed the wonderful 1star Michelin Restaurant Maurice. Pricey but worth every Euro. We ate on the rooftop garden as it was a beautiful evening and the service, atmosphere, food and even fireworks from an event nearby made it a memorable evening.

Fully renovated room with exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe box, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar. Magnificent location in old town center, elegant style building. Based just off lovely restaurants and shops and the centre of Dresden overlooking the Frauenkirche and the train station.

Quirky and impeccably clean place, superb view of the cathedral. Comfy beds and a safe, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. Easy check-in and good service. Quite modern facilities, parking nearby.

Huge room with great view of Frauenkirche and a variety of comfortable and practical furniture. Well maintained, new-looking fittings. Pleasant, helpful staff. Location is excellent for museums and galleries (less so for shopping and nightlife). Big, high quality TV with loads of channels, and great internet connection (cable only; not wireless).

A surprising lack of attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Towels were thin, worn and stained, and not changed during my 2 night stay - neither were sheets. Bathroom amenities and item taken from minibar were not replenished either. Pillowcases were designed for much larger pillows, and simply folded in. 2nd TV in bathroom did not work, nor did a couple of light bulbs. Not a big deal, but when you pay 5 star prices you expect these things to be right. There was also a faint but lingering cigarette smoke in most areas, including my room.
